Imagiserv is one of very few hosting companies based in the UK that actually puts a lot of thought and actions into ways of reducing our own carbon footprint along with our clients.
Imagiserv is pleased to announce that effective immediately we have formed a partnership with the ITF, the world's longest standing tree planting charity. As global climate change is a massive issue our World is facing , we are very pleased to have made this partnership with the ITF to help offset the carbon emissions produced when generating the electricity to power our servers.
We are currently investing in a variety of tree plantation projects at present, and will continue to increase our invest over the course of the next 2 to 5 years. It doesn't stop with just tree planting either, we have numerous projects currently running which see's recycling as another major part to our company greenness. We currently recycle paper, card, plastic, aluminium cans and much much more.
To further help reduce the carbon footprint that our company creates, we also like to ensure that any paper based paperwork is kept to a bare minimum and any communications, invoices, letters or similar are sent electronically by way of email or electronic fax.
